Toxin is an organized, active and mature PvP guild based mainly in North America (although there are a few Euros). Toxin was unofficially formed during the fall of 2006 from a group of online gamers whose talents and ambition encouraged them to collaborate in creating a successful online community.

Since then, Toxin has evolved into a full, hardcore gaming guild.

Our members have played most MMORPG's including games such as Guildwars, World of Warcraft, and LoTRO. Experience in the management and coordination of massive online tournaments, as well as online clan battles, has provided our leaders with the knowledge and ability to cope with the challenges of running an effective and structured guild. After an extended duration playing LoTRO, we decided to set our sights on AoC and have been following its progress for MONTHS.

Of course it isn't all serious! The point of any game is to have fun, and that is our end goal. We like to joke and mess around, but when it comes time to get down and dirty we take care of business. As we mainly consist of adults between the ages of 18-35, a certain level of maturity is required.

[edit] Command Structure

We do have a Chain of Command in place, but most of our decisions are based on a majority vote. The Chain of Command is for decisions that can not be based on a majority vote. The Command structure currently breaks off into Founders, Senior Members, Members, and Recruits.

A more detailed Chain of Command is currently being developed and many of the positions will be filled based on a Members contribution in terms of time and development of the Guild. Each rank allocated to a member will hold specific in-game and out-game duties.

Our primary goals in AoC are PvP and siege-craft, though PvE can be fun at times. We intend to become a strong guild form strong alliances and provide good services in our Battle Keeps, as well as provide efficient and well trained Mercs.
