We are a casual guild, how you invest your time in the game is up to each individual member. We do not dictate your playtimes or play styles. We do not force you to participate in guild events. Our goal is to have a friendly and social atmosphere. Our most important guild rule is to respect your fellow members and the community and act accordingly. We do have a rank system for our members. It isn't based on skills, favoritism, longevity, or your character. It's based on your activity and participation within the guild. It is up to the individual members as to how far up the ranks (and how much responsibility) they want. Once we get ingame there will be certain leadership positions that will be headed by members of the guild as they are needed. They will have requirements (such as guild rank and prestige class) and will be elected by the general membership of the guild. It's not a permanent appointment and regular elections will occur in order to keep the person most suited to the task in the position.

Pre-launch recruitment is now closed and we won't add more to our roster until after the game launches. People are still free to stop by the forum and socialize however.
