The Lord offers guild management bonuses and extras. In general, they provide a discount and savings in how much it costs a guild to build and maintain a city. In turn, this reduces the overhead associated with player cities and improves the efficiency of the the guild’s resource collecting.

[edit] Abilities

• Has exclusive placement rights in regard to the main Keep.
• Each Lord in a guild increases the resource extraction of gold nuggets for all guild members – up to a max of 30 Lords.
• Each Lord in a guild increases the experience point bonus for all guild members – up to a max of 20 Lords.

[edit] Buildings

• Guard Towers that automatically defend against enemy attacks.

• Has access to the Architect and Alchemy crafting skills.

"There will be more details on the prestige classes later on, but in general, the plan is for each Lord in a guild will add to the benefits and bonuses they recieve (up to a cap somewhere of course, but it will allow for many Lords in a single guild who would all contribute). So just as a made up examples, if one Lord gave you 1% cheaper building costs, ten Lords would give 10% etc, or as an another example you might get 1% cheaper rent on a certain building for every five Lords in the guild or something like that. Basically the Prestige classes will provide extra gameplay bonuses to the guild they are in. Those arent actual examples, but they should give you the general idea."
