We’re mainly a PvP guild made up small groups (or Squads) of friends. Each of our squads is given complete freedom and autonomy, and issues that effect the guild as a whole are decided upon in an assembly of Squad Leaders (in which each Squad Leader gets a number of votes proportional to the number of members in their squad). Our decentralized guild structure allows each squad, made up of as few as 3-10 players, to have access to the benefits of large guild membership without having to sacrifice the special character and comradery of a small guild. While our core membership tends to be serious PvP gamers, our loose guild structure is flexible enough to support PvE and RP squads who may wish to join for access to end game content, crafting bonuses, etc.
