Eye of the Storm is a Tempest of Set spell.

Gained lvl 80.
[edit] Functionality
Calls forth a great hurricane down upon the Tempest themselves. Shield of wind greatly improves defense against ranged attacks. Increases all electrical magic spell damage and radius of effect of lightning based spells. Enemies attacking the caster have a chance of being knocked back while the Tempest becomes immune to most knock-back effects. The negative effect of the spell to the caster is an extreme difficulty to move.
