Guarded Frenzy (edit)

Permanently decreases the defensive penalty incurred during Frenzy Stance.

Each rank reduces the penalty to all invulnerabilities by 10%. At rank 3 the penalties to all invulnerabilities will be -70% instead of the normal -100%.
