This reference comes from an early beta development shot, posted on the AOC community portal on the 27/4/07. Quickly taken up by the more creative forum members, the phrase "You cannot afford to buy cotton cap" turned into mindless catchphrase spam, images [1][2][3] and ytmnds [4]. Rumours suggest the cotton cap may be located at rl coords 59.9, 10.75.
